| Saya mencari alat pengukur ketebalan kertas. Ketika saya telepon ke PT ini. Ditanya balik maunya spesifikasi seperti apa. Saya jelaskan bahwa saya butuh analog, merek boleh mitutoyo, di sana ada tipe apa tolong kasih tau saya karena saya juga tidak tahu pasti spesifikasinya bagaimana. Lalu malah di jawab bapak fax saja spesifikasinya supaya saya tidak pusing, lalu telepon ditutup. Bagaimana ini, pembeli diperlakukan seperti itu? |

Sebetulnya dalam kasus ini permintaan yang Bapak inginkan tidak spesifik dan pada saat Bapak meminta kami untuk membantu Bapak sendiri tidak tahu produk yang Bapak butuhkan, jadi kami minta maaf karena dalam produk yang Bapak butuhkan ini sangat akurasi sekali bila kami menjawab dan tidak terlalu mengetahui barang tersebut berakibat fatal. dan jenis barang yang Bapak butuhkan ini setidaknya kami bisa dapat gambaran dari apa yang diinginkan
